4Prytanie; Ratsversammlung im Piräus; von den Vorsitzenden leitete die Abstimmung - - -
5S.d. Philon aus dem Demos Phrearrioi und seine Mitvorsitzenden. Beschluss des Volkes; Herak- - -
6aus dem Demos Sounion stellte den Antrag: Worüber die Prytanen der - - - Bericht erstatten,
7nämlich über die Opfer, die sie geopfert haben vor den Volksversammlungen dem Apollon
8Prostaterios und der Artemis Boulaia und den anderen
9Göttern, denen es traditionell Brauch war, zu Glück und Heil!, wolle beschließen das Volk: dass
10man das Gute billige, das geschehen ist bei den Opfern, die sie opferten für das Heil
11und die Rettung des Rates und des Volkes und der Bundesgenossen;
12– Da aber die Prytanen alle die Opfer geopfert haben, zu denen sie
13in der Prytanie verpflichtet waren, in guter und ehrgeiziger Weise; sie auch Sorge getragen
14haben für das Zusammentreten des Rates und der Volksversammlung und für
15alles andere, was ihnen die Gesetze vorschrieben und die
16Beschlüsse des Volkes: dass man belobige die Prytanen der - - -
17und bekränze mit goldenem Kranz gemäß dem Gesetz wegen ihrer
18Frömmigkeit gegenüber den Göttern und ihres Ehrgeizes für den Rat
19und das Volk der Athener; dass diesen Beschluss der Sekretär,
20der während der Prytanie amtiert, aufzeichne auf eine steinerne Stele und aufstelle
21in dem Prytanikon; dass für die Aufzeichnung auf die Stele und die
22Weihung der Finanzverwalter die entstandenen Kosten begleiche.

7reports about the sacrifices which they made before the Assemblies to Apollo
8Prostaterios and Artemis Boulaia and the other
9gods to whom it is customary, for good fortune, the People shall decide
10to welcome the good results that occurred in the sacrifices which they made for the health
11and preservation of the Council, [the People, and the allies];
12and since the prytany made all the sacrifices which were
13proper in the prytany well and with love of honour, and also took care
14of the convening of the Council and the People, and
15eveything else which the laws and decrees of the People
16prescribe, to praise the prytany of - - -
17and crown it with a gold crown according to the law
18for its piety towards the gods and its love of honour towards the Council
19and the People of Athens; and the prytany secretary shall inscribe
20this decree on a stone stele and stand it
21in the prytanikon; and for the inscribing and setting up of the stele,
22the administrator shall allocate the expense accrued.
